In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Political Science at Collegium Civitas.

In 2010–2014, he was holding the function of the City Councilor in Ełk – he worked in the Municipal Property, Law and Order Committee and the Tourism, Sports and Recreation Committee (including local spatial development plans, construction of road infrastructure at single-family housing estates, activities to reduce CO2 emissions.)

In 2013, after the state examination, he obtained the title of the Customs Agent – representing business entities before tax and customs authorities in international trade of goods and services – entered on the list of the Ministry of Finance. He was professionally active until 2016, working e.g. at Chopin Airport in Warsaw.
In 2016, he started working at the Ministry of Infrastructure and Construction as an Advisor to the Minister. He cooperated with the Minister at the supervision of departments and subordinate units, in particular related to transport and road construction. He also cooperated with local governments on programs such as the Local Government Roads Fund or the General Subsidy Reserve, supporting the local development of road infrastructure.
From 2018, he was holding the function of a councilor of the Warmia and Mazury Sejmik, working in the following committees: Committee for Strategy and Development, Committee for International Cooperation, Committee for Local Government and Public Security.
In 2019, he completed postgraduate studies Executive Master of Business Administration at the Warsaw Management University.
From October 7, 2020, he has been the Deputy Director of the Road and Bridge Research Institute.
